At Cantina Classe, they're bringing a whole load of signature dishes to this centuries-old cuisine and stirring up winning flavour combinations whilst doing it. When it comes to the restaurant itself, however, they're sticking to tradition with red brick walls that form a warm and inviting backdrop for the elegant bistro tables that look like they've been plucked straight out of an Italian trattoria. Add to those dainty chandeliers and an underscore of maroon and woody tones, and you have yourself an Italian eatery that is (aesthetically) miles away from its home in Canggu.
