With sweeping views of Canggu beach, the Ji Terrace is the perfect spot for a cocktail at sunset. Start the evening with a smoking Coco Sexo (sagatiba cachaca spirit and coconut), inspired by the volcanoes of Indonesia.

For dinner, discover a menu of unique fusion dishes, designed by acclaimed chefs Nyoman Antara and Colin Buchan. Chef Antara is a Sushi Master, trained by Japanese chef Kobayashi, whilst Chef Buchan has worked extensively with Marco Pierre White and Gordon Ramsay.

Together, they combine classical training with international influences, creating a menu of imaginative Japanese fare. From their seafood salads and sashimi bowls, to bowls of noodle ramen and delicate tempura, every dish is a fusion of flavour, texture and culinary skill.
