A French Bistro in the middle of tropical Bali, Chef's Bistro serves a slice of French elegance mixed with Bali's unmistakable free-spirited vibe. Does it work? Oh, you bet.
In terms of atmosphere, this restaurant is unparalleled. It's fun and informal as well as being super romantic (should you wish it to be). You might be surrounded by palm trees outside, but once you step in, you can almost hear the accordion playing... maybe even some tracks from Moulin Rouge.
You have a choice of hot and cold starters and all are equally hot with flavour! Keep your cool with tuna or beef carpaccio and a tangy leek vinaigrette or warm up with some hot foie gras, onion soup or crab ravioli. Now you won't be in such a rush to read the mains, of which there are many!
Seafood lovers rejoice! A rich fish and seafood soup graces the menu as well as roasted salmon and barramundi. Beef lovers may also perform a short jig of joy at the sighting of beef tenderloin, braised rump steak, tender seven-hour lamb and duck confit.
