With award-winning Dean Keddell at the helm, Jackson Lily's serves innovative Asian plates in the heart of Seminyak.

Located on the main strip, this restaurant is hard to miss. A towering structure made entirely of glass, it's a place of decadence, great views and superb snaps for Instagram. Step inside and it's just as glamorous, with an enormous dining area complete with a grand staircase a wicker ceiling, ferns growing up the walls and plenty of natural light. It's an oasis in the city.

From Jackson Lily’s Grill section comes their famous 696 Combo, Aussie steaks, and local specialties such as satay and BBQ chicken. Then visit the 'Today’s Catch' section of the menu for market fresh mud crab, lobster, prawns, oysters and fish all cooked with an array of styles from Asia and Europe.

Next up is the Pizza by the Meter menu, with such names as 'Eat Your Vegetables' and 'Hai Wayan' providing fun for all that partake, be it by the 1/4 meter, 1/2 meter or whole meter! Top it off with a signature cocktail, like the unashamedly blue Bali Illusion or the floral Jalan Jalan, all paired with sunset views.
