The Salazon chefs carefully plan their menu around the dry-aging and pickling processes, ensuring each cut of duck, fish, pigeon, chicken, pork or beef is finished to perfection. There is also an innovative vegetarian menu that reflect the seasons.
Try a signature dish, like the Grilled Octopus, Morrocan Baby Chicken, Pork Belly on the bone and of course the perfectly done -steaks aged right within the showroom across your dining table. For dessert, try out 24-hour Lemon or Burnt Pineapple.
