Try something new for starters, like their coffee-cured salmon or their salty soft shell crab with sweeter-than-sweet tropical fruits. Alternatively, keep it light with their Jimbaran Bay seafood bisque, made with fish caught that very day.
If you liked the bisque, carry on to their bay seafood risotto or barramundi, served with saffron cream and a Mediterranean vegetable confit. Or, try one of their signature dishes, like black Angus prime ribs or a roasted organic chicken that comes with comforting sides of potato and vegetables.
