Opened in June 2015, BLANCO par Mandif presents a unique approach to Indonesian heritage cuisine: degustation style.

Founded by award-winning chef Mandif Warokka (one of Indonesia’s top chefs and a judge on Masterchef), BLANCO offers an outstanding dining experience.

Warokka’s passion for gastronomy is evident in every exquisite dish. Discover flavours like the coco husk grilled octopus with quail egg, black bean brenebon, parsley cream & potato confit, or the 14-day aged duck breast served with tamarind sauce and beets extract, maize and roasted pineapple.

The attention to detail is extraordinary. From nature to table, every ingredient has been carefully sourced, cooked with craftsmanship, and beautifully presented. Naturally, BLANCO offers a superb wine list, just ask your waiter for an expert’s opinion on what to pair with your meal.

Amazing, when the food meet art. The restaurant located in blanco museum in the center of Ubud. It is well designed with private environment and good view. The people are very nice to assist you to decide the menu. The chef will introduce you the dish every time when the dish is served. All the things are great, you must try the Aig amateur duck breast!

Definitely come to this restaurant if you want give your lover or family a unforgettable dinner in Ubud.

One of the best dining experience in Bali! I went there with my fiance. It was my first timer but it was second time for my fiance. The food is so awesome!! We had yellow fin tuna (AMAZING!) for appetizer and we had bunch of mains. Wagyu is numero uno very tender , octopus is so legit, dry aged duck was so awwwww-some.. for dessert we orderee chocs bolu with raspberry icecream. Service was awesome too. Definitely will come back!!

Beautiful, tasty food, we had a stunning 3 course + many complimentary snacks and desserts. HIGHLY recommend this restaurant, especially the Sher Wagyu MR9. That was the most delicious we have ever had. My partner and I have travelled all around the world, we really enjoy fine dining and none of the other places we have been to had so much theatrics involved in the preparation of the welcoming drink, the tea, the duck, all at our table! 10/10 definitely recommend.

We had a very enjoyable meal at Blanco. The staff are obviously very passionate about what they do; going all out to give the clients the best night possible. Food was skilfully prepared and service very warming, many courses were finished tableside which was a nice touch. Overall very enjoyable

Run by the same guy who run teatro in seminyak, that I already come for a few times. Ive been to many famous restaurants in the world and I can say Blanco par mandif is international class fine dining in Indonesia
serving Indonesian food. Would love to come here again after they change their menu.

The level of service was sincere and not pretentious. Young and ambitious future chef.

Ps. I came here without knowing much of first table and this restaurant. And Im surely will use first table again in the future.
