Founded by award-winning chef Mandif Warokka (one of Indonesia’s top chefs and a judge on Masterchef), BLANCO offers an outstanding degustation experience.

Warokka’s passion for gastronomy is evident in every exquisite dish. Choose from a 7 or 9 course menu, and discover flavours like the Cakalang hand-pulled noodles with smoked skipjack tuna, or the 21-day aged peking duck served with Balinese galangal broth.

The attention to detail is extraordinary. From nature to table, every ingredient has been carefully sourced, cooked with craftsmanship, and beautifully presented. Naturally, BLANCO offers a superb wine list, just ask your waiter for an expert’s opinion on what to pair with your meal.

We had a very enjoyable meal at Blanco. The staff are obviously very passionate about what they do; going all out to give the clients the best night possible. Food was skilfully prepared and service very warming, many courses were finished tableside which was a nice touch. Overall very enjoyable

The food was as amazing as the service! Without Firsttable, we never would have splurged on such a luxurious dinner experience. We highly recommend it! The fanciest experience either of us has ever had. Staff was so accommodating, the presentation was unbelievable. We tried food we never would have otherwise, and truly enjoyed it.

Run by the same guy who run teatro in seminyak, that I already come for a few times. Ive been to many famous restaurants in the world and I can say Blanco par mandif is international class fine dining in Indonesia
serving Indonesian food. Would love to come here again after they change their menu.

The level of service was sincere and not pretentious. Young and ambitious future chef.

Ps. I came here without knowing much of first table and this restaurant. And Im surely will use first table again in the future.

One of the best fine dining experiences I have had. Loved the Indonesian flavour to almost every dish. Amazing restaurant setting, impeccable service with perfectly timed courses, and most importantly delicious morsels of food - would highly recommend and definitely return.
