Every meal begins with our chefs using ingredients harvested locally, including produce from our very own roof or our nearby organic gardens. Our rich proteins and seafood are sourced from Balinese farms and fishermen. Our recipes are inspired both by the heritage of meals passed down over generations and also the flow of contemporary cuisine; each dish arrives at your table a soulful statement of what it means to cook in Ubud.

As you dine, enjoy a rich panorama of swaying jungles from Copper’s rooftop that’s as stunning at midday as it under a blanket of late evening stars.
