For over twenty years Mozaic has been the OG of fine dining in Bali, offering the highest standard of culinary arts and service. With the return of Chef Blake Thornley, past protégé of Chef and founder of Mozaic, the team are proud to present Mozaic 2.0.
While still maintaining it's incredible jungle setting, Mozaic 2.0 has transformed dramatically from an al fresco garden restaurant to an air-conditioned glass-encased wonder. The renovated dining room has been decorated in a way to match the tropical vegetation and jungle surroundings. A green colour palate, with numerous natural wood finishes, has created an atmosphere of warmth and sophistication.
The menu showcases French fine dining with flavours deeply rooted in the Balinese culture. The seasonal menu flaunts gastronomic brilliance in dishes like their blue swimmer crab, Karubi wagyu beef with kulat pelawan mushroom. If you're feeling really adventurous (you are in the jungle after all), why not try the seared foie gras with smoked eel.
Vegetarians can revel in their own menu that includes a tofu ‘beef’ carpaccio with rendang spices, charred cauliflower with parsnips and curry leaves, and their version of a black pudding, featuring whipped potato puree and wild mushroom gravy. Round off this exclusive dining experience with a glass of bubbly. It is the French way mon ami!
