Sophisticated seduction is the feel that Filini is going for and they hit the mark perfectly. An open-plan dining room hosts limited dark-oak seating whilst the open kitchen doubles as a stage for all those who are culinarily inquisitive. From your seat, you can watch the masters work their magic with authentic Italian ingredients, reviving ancient recipes and cooking methods for an unforgettable dining experience. Before heading in though, soak in the Bali sunshine on the outside terrace with an Aperol Spritz in hand.
Like any great Italian dinner, the evening starts with appetisers that are destined to tickle your tastebuds without ruining your appetite. Enjoy powerful flavours like warm smoked salmon, grilled octopus with spiced potatoes, tangy tomato soup and a delicate beef tenderloin carpaccio. With your stomach nicely warmed up, you can dive into creamy tortellini, homemade ravioli, perfectly layered lasagne and an opulent lobster spaghetti that is an absolute showstopper every time.
Up next are the pizzas on which you'll find all sorts of goodies from the Italian deli.
