The menu merges traditional cooking from Cantonese and Szechuan cuisines and is perfect for all the meat eaters out there. Commencing his culinary expedition in 1982 as a cook in a Chinese restaurant in Penang, Chef Teng's passion for the culinary arts quickly propelled him to greater heights. In 1997, he embarked on a new adventure in Bali, Indonesia, to further his career. It was during this time that he graced the Golden Lotus Chinese Restaurant’s kitchen, crafting signature dishes that became synonymous with our establishment.
