A calm, tranquil spot, Kilo Kitchen Bali is worlds away from the bustling streets outside. Through clever use of stone, wood and luscious green plants, this eatery is refreshingly minimalist and modern; we like to call it the restaurant equivalent to an ice-cold drink on a hot day!

On the menu are Kilo Kitchen’s signature plates, but with a Balinese twist. Using only fresh, local ingredients, sharing plates are transformed into tropical delights. Take their appetisers, where the spicy duck is paired with green papaya, Korean chicken finds a soulmate in pickled shiitake and the truffled tai yuzu roll takes crab to a whole new level.

Moving on and their mains explore all four corners of the globe. Ricotta gnocchi stands alongside a comforting slow-cooked beef cheek dish with mashed potatoes, noodles swim in a rich, pork neck ramen broth and the seafood-tastic squid ink rice is loaded with crispy baby squid and salmon roe.
